Role: Design and drawing production, PLC programming, Factory Testing, SAT Documentation and site testing.

Brief: Controlmax developed the design for the electrical control scheme, produced the detailed drawing package. Controlmax also wrote Site Acceptance Test and performed the SAT.

Description:

Controlmax carried out the design of the load management control system to the specification, providing detailed design drawings and instrument set up briefs.

Developed and preliminary tested the PLC program.

Controlmax carried out factory tests.

Controlmax wrote the Site Acceptance Test document and carried out end client witnessed SAT at London site.

The load management system consisted of:

Allen-Bradley MicroLogix PLC controls and load sensing instrumentation.

Relay interfaces to existing building load shedding circuits.
